At the border of Sichuan and Tibet is located a small village named Dege . It is known and worshiped in the Tibetan world for its print house. Source of Tibetan Buddhism holy books, the Dege print house generates more than 80% of the Tibetan heritage. The books are actually sheets printed by wooden plates, engraved by hand.
